Obituary

David Dancer, 70, passed away Saturday, November 21 in Sparks.

David was born in Oregon to Clifford and Zelma Dancer. He graduated from high school in Grass Valley, CA. He moved to Fernley in the late 50's with his family. He worked as a truck driver most of his life. He retired from the Teamsters in 2001. David loved to hunt, fish and enjoyed spending time with his close friends. David loved to laugh and share a good meal with friends as often as he could. He will be sorely missed and has a special place in the hearts of those who loved him.

Though not survived by family, he is survived by many beloved friends. A memorial service will be held at the Fernley Veterans Cemetery at 1 p.m. on December 28, 2009.
